Summer Kickoff is June 2 from 5:30-7:30 pm. We will have inflatables and snow cones behind the FLC. This is for children and students.
June 14-18 Guatemala Trip: Christopher McClure, Wanda McClure, Sam Kirkland, Rachel Kirkland, Amy Richey, and Jeremy Richey will be traveling to work with Ahava Ministries. We will prepare food bags, host a small medical clinic in a rural village, and minister to the people of Santa Elena Barilles. Please pray for us as we go.
July 2-6 Crossings Camp in Bagdad, KY. We will leave July 2nd at 5:30 am from the FLC and travel on a charter bus. Returning home around 6:30 p.m. on July 6th. We have around 30 students going to camp. Please pray for these students’ hearts as we prepare to leave!
July 12-16 Super Summer Camp in Clinton, MS.
This summer we are blessed to have John Simmons serving as our youth intern. He will be assisting with all the youth activities and services.
John was saved when he was 16 years old, and his home church is North Oxford Baptist.
He is starting his junior year at Ole Miss. Please help me in welcoming John to FBC Batesville for the summer!
