Hello Church Family,
Thank you so much for the opportunity and the privilege of serving as your children’s director! I am excited and encouraged about what God has planned for First Baptist Church, our town, and our community! Our children’s church lesson this past week was the parable of the rich man and Lazarus. I almost skipped this lesson as I did not want to put fear into the hearts of my sweet young kids4Christ. And then through the Holy Spirit, I realized that they need to hear it! I did not want to be the one who failed to tell them and warn them about matters of eternity. Yes, there is some bad news first, but then there is the glorious good news of Jesus Christ and God’s plan for reconciliation with Him! The time is ripe for sharing the gospel with everyone God puts in your path.
We want to extend a special thanks to Mr. P.R. for joining us the last few Wednesday nights teaching us the VBS songs and motions!

- Wednesday Bible Lesson at 6:00 p.m.
- Summer Kickoff is Wednesday, June 2, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
- Vacation Bible School is June 7-11
- Summer Camp is July 15-17
